The program empowers youth and families to take charge of their lives.

This joint venture between North Philly Project (NPP) and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) teaches practical Leadership skills along with an interactive STEM curriculum that Includes Coding, Robotics, fundamental Science, math, and engineering.  The program helps students find purpose by Strengthening their self-confidence, find their voice, exercise authority, articulate, pursue and achieve S.M.A.R.T. goals.

Our mission is to impact, empower, educate and guide youth towards purpose by exposing them to positivity & opportunity via role models, STEM and leadership education.

Mentoring creates positive impact in youth’s lives.  Youth with mentors have higher rates of high school graduation and are less likely to drop out of school.  They find more self-confidence, self esteem and are able to create big goals for themselves.  Additionally, studies show that behavior, attitudes and relationships improve when youth has a mentor.  Mentors help children grow and close the social and/or economic opportunity gap.
